Bylaws of the OGC
The OGC Board of Directors has approved a current version of the Bylaws of the OGC, dated 16 December 2021, which supersedes all prior versions.
These Bylaws form the foundational governance document of the OGC. They define how the consortium is organised, its key bodies, membership categories, voting rights, and procedures for decision-making. The Bylaws are referenced throughout the OGC’s Policies & Procedures documents as the “corporate bylaws” that provide authority and structure to the consortium’s operations.
